Privacy Policy

PerpetualAgile ("we," "us," or "our") builds agile tooling for development teams, including apps distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace such as SprintVitals. This policy applies to perpetualagile.com and our products unless a product-specific notice says otherwise.

Website visitors. If you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message content). Our hosting provider may also process standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate and secure the site.

App users. When you install or use a PerpetualAgile app in Jira or other Atlassian products, we process data necessary to provide the app's functionality. This may include Atlassian account identifiers, site URLs, project and issue metadata, sprint and board data, and configuration settings you choose within the app. The specific data depends on the app and the permissions you grant at installation.

Marketplace billing. For paid apps, subscription and payment processing is handled by Atlassian. We receive license and entitlement information needed to provide the service, not your full payment card details.

We use personal data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our apps and website
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your Jira or project data for unrelated advertising.

Our Forge apps run on Atlassian's Forge platform. Data storage and processing locations depend on your Atlassian cloud site configuration and Atlassian's infrastructure. Website contact messages are handled through our business email systems. We use service providers only as needed to operate our business, under appropriate safeguards.

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you uninstall an app, associated app data is handled according to Atlassian's uninstall and data-deletion processes and our app's documented behavior. Contact form correspondence is retained for a reasonable period to manage ongoing support relationships.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@perpetualagile.com. If you use our apps through an organization, your admin may need to submit certain requests on your behalf.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities to support@perpetualagile.com or use the security contact on our Support page.

Our services are intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated through our website or app listing where appropriate.
